Its been a long week

Hell it isn't even in friday yet, and i think I might just keeel over. I have a cold, which is the worst killer of man, and I just rather tired. I'm trying to make it through the week. I kinda stare off into space alot at work. Though I will say that I'm working really hard, even when I tired. I'll be moving on to another section of the lab soon and that makes me feel good, I do enjoy the chemistry section but I'm poooped and the chem section has about warn it self out. I have no one to bitch about today, but then I haven't been feeling at the top of my bitching game as of late, plus no celebs have been doing anything sooo moronic that I had to say something about it. I will say that the white trash at the hospital is impressive. I will say that I feel good never having to use the ER as my healthcare. Plus I will make it my personal goal to never go to the ER for something that I know isn't a real emergancy, like feeling light headed. Hell I get up to fast and I feel light headed, its not really a reason to clog up the system. Ugh. Well i should eat some dinner, even thought I have no real desire to get up from my warm comfie seat. Well enjoy.

a comment on society

So as I was watching my friends cat I was reading her copy of Us Weekly, and I was shocked at how painful it was. It was the most childish and shallow thing I've I read. Seventeen has more to it. All it was was pictures of stars and there new favorite charm, children, and little quips about them. It was sad. Not to mention that the need to be so freakin skinny is really to much for me. They all lookf gross, too skinny and nasty. I really think that if this a reflection of our current society its rather sad. We need to get better magazines out in the world so that other contries don't see us this way.

Pam the silicone has gone to your head

So Pam Anderson the smartest tool in the shed, found out, some how seeing as hes been dead my whole life, that Col. Sanders of KFC was mean to chickens. And that beeing said has made it life surrent mission to get his bust removed from the KY capitol. DOES ANYONE GIVE A SHIT. Not I. The fact that there are children alllllll over this country that are constantly being abused and neglected doesn't seem to bother this blond twit but some chickens treated poorly about 50 years ago does. FUCK YOU PAM, thats what I have to say to you, to hep C carring twit. But then PETA is behind it all and since they KNOOOOOW everything about animals and that animals are sooooooooo much more important then children lets all get behind Ms. Pam and give damn about KY and there chicken problem. I'm not saying I don't like chickens in fact they are quite good, but I do love animals but really people reallllllly. I Can't believe her, she has Hep C it will kill her and she's not out there telling kids not to screw around with strange people and get it, nope haven't seen much of that now have we, and hey lady, chicken livers don't work in humans.

Liar, liar pants on fire

Well now then, people if you have your arms all up and your panties in a wad about the guy who wrote "a million little pieces" I would like to remind you that its call FICTION for a freaking reason, if you want the truth read non fiction people, non fiction. And why may I ask you is this even new, there are some other really big problems that are worth covering. You pick them but Anglenia and Brads illbegoten child and who wrote what about who for how many cookies isn't really that important, but then again if some shmuck didn't write about it then I wouldn't have anyone to make fun of now would I.

Where do the weekends go

I wonder where, where in the world do they go. Maybe I should get earlier and then they woudn't disapear like that. Its been kinda warm here in Old clarksville which makes you wonder, is summer here already. Sooo this weekend I really haven't done much of anything. I cleaned and cleaned and then forgot to take out the garbage before it got dark so well it can wait until tomorrow. Its not going to stink any more. Did go see the RInger with Johnny Knoxville, It was great. It was such a cute movie I don't think that it needed the cheesy love story but it was great to see all the special olympics kids and they were great actors too. Other than that my weekend has basically been a huge waste but hell some times we need a good waste. I should be getting to bed, since the morning comes really quick when its 4 15. Take care you all. F'ing Pat Robertson

That f- wad, always saying stupid shit. Saying that God smote Mr. Sharon. Yeah, that freaking vengeful god, killing people because they "divided the holy land" last time I checked we can't prove anyone lived there, nor that we've even divided it. Until God him self comes on down and says, you there palistininas, and hey jews stop it. You all worship me, thats right me, the same god, nothing with change. At least until them I'll always have some one to laugh at, thanx again Pat for a quick laugh and making me angry. Im sure you'll open you big, dumb, southren mouth again and say something that will get you smoted, because it says in that thing that you are thumbing, that you should not judge, the big man gets to do that and you not him.

stick shifts and safty belts

Yes you need one when you drive with someone who uses the other. Not my driving week so I'm braving the trip to work daily. Well about that, I'm in a chemistry rotation this month and its fun, I love it. On monday we weren't need and on tuesday we read manuels and finally on wednesday the learning began. I can enter and run samples plus I spend much of my time working on get the blood to where it needs to go and the other part studing in my book. Its good. I'm rather tired because I now get it at about 4;15, mmm thats great. I take my shower get my hair kinda dry and drive to my friends house so that I can carpool. Its killing me. Frankie is talking to me right now. Its really funny, hes been really lonely because I've been gone so much. Its good though. I really feel like I'm doing something rather that just sleeping and going to school for like 3 hours a day. The getting up isn't sooo bad but is not my favorite thing on the planet. I could go to bed right now if I wanted to but no no must stay up its only like 5 pm for me. They said there might be snow but that isn't happening anytime soon. Ok well I've got some stuff to do, I should be getting new applances today.

yes second blog of the day

UGH, so since I've had nothing to do for the last 3 days I've watched alot of tv and seen a lot of ads fot crap and if I have to say the worst ads are the ones for christan rock. The only thing I think of is Dogma when he says, "The shit that gets carried out in is name." Its shit the worst kind too. The big guy him self is covering his ears and wondering, why don't you people get a life. Ugh, double Ugh. All these people with there eyes closed singing the words, crap people its not that moving. Ok thats my first rant of the new year, just wait there will be plenty more.

The first day-o-the year

Well here it is folks 2006, does it feel any different, nope. After staying up until, wait for it 10 pm. Can you believe it . I tried and failed to get up at a slighly earlier than 8 am but no luck. I have to get up at 5;30 tomorrow so I was really trying to be really tired tonight. I chose to yoga this morning and my abs will hate me tomorrow. MMM yesterday I cleaned frankies super pooopie cage and he was very happy about it. Then after that I cleaned the bathroom, logical progressions. That was about the extent of my excitement yesterday. Today was about as thrilling. I took down my christmas tree, it was really easy. Currently I'm watching tv and there is this really weird brit selling this omlet maker thing, it flips up the sides. Its quite creapy. HE is too, very creapy. Well thats over with now. I almost want to see the add again, just to see if its for real. The weather was been rather nice, nice and sunny and slighly warm but with a breeze. I don't think it will last. Tomorrow it will be a balmy 68 but we're in for a great tunderstorm sweet. I should get a move on in the knitting world, I have about 10 baby hats to knit for the up coming baby bombardment. Ok you all have fun.

Christmas in Seattle Part II

Well this is the final chapter. I flew home today. UGH. I'm rather tired but I'm not going to bed yet, why I don't know. I flew both freakin legs on a super 80 which is like a vista crusier of the sky. Old shitty and cramped. It was really bad. It was like flying in a car with out AC too. I came home to a rather grubby house, so I have my work cut out for me these three days that I have off. I don't know what I'm doing for new years, most likely drinking some apple cider with the bird and crashing at 9, because is seattle thats when the ball drops and that is pretty much new year for me. I have tons to unpack and a fridge full of crap to throw out. I plan on eating at Micky-d's tomorrow just to get that craving for grey meat out of my system. I have two seasons of pete and pete to watch plus invader zim, it will be good. Ok take care everyone. I'll be posting some pictures now that I have a camera and such.

Christmas in Seattle part 1

So I flew to seattle for christmas since my husband is otherwise in- desposed for this holiday season. On the 17th was the troops freakin christmas party. Let me tell you if there was a form of visual birthcontrol this was it. Party started at 1pm, food was provided. At 12;35, we were still setting up and what should my wondering eyes should apear, but a fat woman and he eight tiny rugrats. Ok so no one with eight kids but rugrats gallore. No one was really interested in watching said children either and so christmas presents were almost unwraped and things a miss and kids runing around. It was enough for my last remaining ovary to shivel up and die. Once the presents had been handed out and the pinata smashed to bits, it was over and I could go home and sleep it off. I went out for sushi that night and well around 2 in the morning the ham that was most likely not properly heated or stored gave me a nasty case of the ummmm, well yeah we'll leave it a that. Well my flight left at 7:40 and so I was off to nashville, with plenty of time to spare I got there and through with Frankie. As we taxied for about 15 minutes that Ham came back again, this time up and out. Needless to say I never felt better. The next leg o the journey was uneventful and even it was I had my ipod on and could hear a damn thing. The next few days involved shopping and eating. My birthday was well christmas eve and a real joy. I spent it with folks and g'parents. Then there was christmas, which is always great until we get in the car and pick them up. I just got a drink as soon as we entered the door to their house and remained happy for the evening. Then after two days with the g'parents it was grandpa's birthday so one more day with them. Then this is my favorite, not like we haven't spent enough time with them, but Grandma calls and wants to know if we want to go out to dinner with them last night, and we we said no, she called back and asked if we would like to go tonight. AAAAAAAAAAAAHH, runaway. I love them to death but why, why can't they pick on all the grandkids equally. I go home tomorrow at the ass crack of dawn and then I have to go back to work on the 2nd. I'm now doing my internship at the hospital which I'm sure will prove to be an interesting situation, not to mention the other person from my class, but we'll save that for another blog day,

But I love it, the cold reminds me of Idaho and I miss Idaho so thats good. The weather has been cold- cold- cold but no snow, and thats fine too. I've been rounding out the last few weeks of school and finishing up some tests. I really haven't been doing anything nor do i have any one to rag on. I feel all tapped out. My life as had a certain amount of dull-ness in it. It will be less so in the next few weeks stay tuned. -ca

Well it's been quite a while

Sorry its been quite a while since I wrote in the old blog. In the past week or so since I wrote because I've been rather busy. First my parents arrived on the 19th for Thanksgiving. We drove to nashville in no time at all but once we picked them up it took us about 2 and a half hours to get home because every northish westish highway was under construction. It was really fun. On sunday we drove to Cookeville to see charlotte and Lamar. We had a great time there. The drvie was nice and I got to see parts of the state we've never seen before. We started with lunch of course, at Nicks a funny little local place. It was very nice. Then we went to the Falls and did the short little hike to see the falls, it was very nice. We burned off some of out lunch. From there was got some thing to drink and nibble on at this niffty coffee shop which was open on sunday, which nothing seemed to be open. From there we checked out the worlds worst craft show, the nasty stuff on the planet the was pawned off as art. After that it was time for dinner at Chedders and a display of southern fried idiots. Dinner was really good though. Then I bravely drove home. I was rather sleepy too. So after that excitement we went home and slept. Unfortunatly I needed to go to school on Monday. I had a test on Tuesday but really didn't want to study. After school on Monday we drove to post for Ross Promotion. It was a really nice quick easy ceromony. I pulled off the little tab and they put a new one on. The strangest thing was that everyone shock my hand too, very odd. They all talked to my parents too. Then we left and went to a late lunch. Tuesday rolled around and I kinda studied for my test. Tuesday was uneventful. Wednesday was short and then fun. We just did stuff. Mike came into town that night. Thursday was thanksgiving WOOO WHOOOO we love food. Dana, Amanda, and Joe all came to dinner we had so much food it was crazy. I though I was going to loose it. On Friday we worked on putting the plastic up on the windows which took all day. It is nice to have the added warmth. It isn't that warm but just enough. On saturday We took my folks to the airport and mike headed out. It was alittle hard to say good bye but I'll see them again on the 18th. Ross and I head home to spent the last night togeather. We had a really romantic dinner of pizza and watched TV until about Mid night when I finally couldn't stay up any longer. The next morning at 5;15 we headed out. He made it safe. Since then I've been hanging around cleaning the house and staying busy. School is school. Its almost done, on the 7th to be exact. Then I have some finals and then 3 days of clinicals. I'll keep you all posted. -ca

Spend a night in the box

Ok so it wasn't a box and it wasn't all night either, it was the basement and it was for an hour. Around 4ish yesterday my police-lady neighbor came and told us that a thunderstrom was comming and we all need to go to the basement. It wasn't so bad, we rounded up frankie and got our computers plus I brought my knitting for something to do and we headed out, them down into the depthes of the apartment to join the others. Around 20 of us all stuffed down there with cats, a bird and one dog. It was kinda fun in a strange way, its a great way to get to know your neighbors. Well Ginger got the all clear from the scanner and we went back up, granted it rained for about 3 more hours after that and we had some really great lightening. Our foundation leaked a little so they'll come out and fix that for us, there was soooo much water and wind.
We had a thanksgiving party yesterday at school, I spent all lmorning getting stuff ready, we had 19 desserts and about 30 people showed up for this thing, it was really funny. Most of the food was yucky, about three greenbean things and some candied ones, BLECK. Turkey and Ham, plus some other strange things, needless to say it wasn't mine families eat till you puke kinda thanksgiving, and ended up working my ass off and wasn't even signed up to. Well I should think about getting ready for school I might have a long walk thanks to all the crap that come down in the wind. Ok Love CA

Silly Pat Robertson

Sooo, in PA they voted against "intellegnt Design", go figure people there understand that week didn't just pop into exsistance, well he warned them that they have made god angry by "rejecting" him and that they should expect a disaster. But see as how most of PA is a disater already, what else could happen to them. Well what else funny has happened in the world lately. Not much. There haven't been any loafs of bread in the road as of late, but amanda did have take a quick turn to avoid some rolling deer parts coming into her lane the other day. Schools a mess, because my teacher had her baby a month early had which has thrown everything out of sink. Ross and I moved the dinning room table into the living room and desk into the dinning nook so that we can use the table and watch TV because god forbid talk to each other. Well off to see the Inlaws....love CA

A seriously unproductive weekend

Is what I'm really hoping to have, but I don't think that I will. I've got hair to color, a baby shower to go to. A paper to work on, well its actually done I just need to proof it, Test to study for, and some laundry and a grubby bathroom worth cleaning. Needless to say I do actually have a rather full weekend of fun ahead of me. Ross had dinning in last night which is kinda a monumental frat party, but can sometimes be knida fun, his really wasn't. I'm watching Mia the cat for the weekend while dana goes camping with Joe, hahahahahaa, yeah I'm not one for the camping thing really any more. I really have nothing to talk about today, but I was temped to make fun of Mr Spear's bad rapping but I can't really think of anything to say, plus somehow it would be a waste of space. Ok goning to go work out, yuck.

Happy Halloween

So its my favorite non gift giving, non turkey eating hoilday!!!!! I have a carved pumpkin, which is very cute, not really spookie just silly. I'm wearing my very nifty bat shirt, and I seem to be the only person in class wearing anything halloweenie, but then again last night we did have ghost so we got our spookieness out of our system. GHOST is an event so kids can come and tricker treat safely and get a ton of candy. It was almost as good as Vegas for people watching. We managed to give away all of out candy before the end of the night and because it was getting quite cold out. It was good. I've been lighty the pumpkin every night, gota make the best of it. Mom sent the halloween presents, peanut butter cups and chocolate covered ginger, yum!!! I've already eaten all ginger, mmmmm chocolatly. Ross is still feeling kinda crummy from all his shots, it had a flu shot and others, but they all combined to become one giant muscle ache. He also played softball all day on friday. I've been busy with school so I haven't been doing much. I'm also done with my gift for Kristy for her baby shower, which is this weekend. It's very nice, I'll have to get a neat thing to put it in. I'm also working on a sleeveless shirt that I won't get to wear until next spring, but it might take me that long. I still have another sweater to work on and I haven't started on it, mmmm thats a bit of a problem, but maybe I just give pieces and then finish it. If I had more time I could finish it. Well I should be paying attention in class.....

loafs of bread in the road way

mmm, this strange little tip of the news is brought to you by the folks at NPR. I was listening to the local road report when they said that there were loafs of bread in the road. Well today was a some what productive, between the test I took, then the nap and the studing, not to mention the spotted dog and the meeting, the day isn't even over. So lets slow down. I took a test in lab this morning, pooo, and then went off the the UC to study but I really felt crappy so took 4 Idu's and took a nap in a chair. I woke up and studied some more then ate my lunch which was quite tasty. Then I trugged back to class, sat in class and tried not to drool from complete boardum in a class that I have a degree in. We then played with the STD's mmm, but it was actually dead so we just saw slime. I then left feeling a wee better because I had a coke and the caffine combined with the painkillers to create a false sense of happness. So I walked home in the fadulously cold weather. As I was passing the church I saw a dog in the grass. I wasn't sure if she was alive or dead, I went up tp check on her. She was ok but very pregnant, so I checked on her and she was a little scared. I told her to be a good dog and someone would be back to get her. When I got home, I checked on Krys who was not home but her poor little dog was and she was whining at the door, a 700.00 dollar dog all alone every day all day and night. Well when I got home I called animal control and the took the information and they took my number so they could tell me if she was ok. I haven't heard anything but she couldn't have been a hard catch she was a huge dog. Then I went to post for the Pre-deployment meeting. Then home. Poor Ross had a ton of shots and is a little on the woozy side. Going to make some dinner and then then work on my study guide. What a day. Well then, byebye

the urban sprawl of Clarksville

As with all Army town city planner are too expesive to hire, so instead they let the city grow unchecked while tons of crappy houses with no fences are built in ten seconds flat and sold to the person with the VA loan. Two years latter when the "neighborhood" has gone down hill and the VA loans have become VA repos they leave the houses to built more, further up the road. So as drive some 5 plus miles to the Target, which really isn't that far, except there was plenty of reestate inbetween that with never be filled in, I wonder why in freakin' hell are we building the new hospital out at exit 4, there is space behind the strip malls, there is space before them, there is space in downtown there is space every where, but we have let the core of the city die like a TB infection. The dead center while the outside growns and lives, only become part of the dead center as time passes. Like Lawton, Clarksville will crash and a saddness will consume the city. It's too bad, would be a pretty spot if they just gave some thought to it.
